Bosses use high-tech surveillance equipment to spy on workers

This article is talking about a campaign that the Australian Workers Union has launch to stop employers monitoring employees movements through surveillance technology and GPS tracking. A member of the AWU said that changes would need to be made to the Workplace Surveillance Act because of the excessive monitoring of employees. This relates to commerce because the situation is an employment issue that we learnt in the employment topic in commerce. The employees are being monitored too much by their employers and they want changes, so they went to the unions for assistance and now a campaign is being launched as a result of them speaking up.
